As well as how you deal with stress and remembering situations in which you faced particular problems and how you dealt with it. For example, how would I know you were stressed?, tell me about a time where someone did not treat you the way you expected and how you dealt with that.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.

First there was phone screening it was not very long, about ten minutes. Then the person I spoke to on the phone set up in-person interview with a different person.
