There are 4 rounds of interviews for IHCD service. First with the manager, second with RPA, third with PI, and last with the language manager. The last one is to assess language fluency. I've heard some employees also interviewed with IHCD director but that was not my experience.

First phone interview with recruiter
Second interview with department hiring manager/ surpervisors
Third interview with chosen physician, it was great interviews but I didn’t get hired. The recruiter said they all loved me but I guess not enough.

Entrevista
The interviewers were friendly and straightforward, they asked the typical tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. Be prepared to link your experience with MSK's values and the job description. Personally my interview process stretched out for 3 months for 2 interviews only because that specific department can be hectic and sometimes disorganized.
