Entrevista
Phone interview with a recruiter from HR consisted of a few behavioral questions. Was also asked about familiarity with specific data analysis programs. In-person interview with another HR representative then met with 2 two person panels for about 40 mins each back to back where they asked lots of common behavioral questions and inquired about past clinical research experience. This is when I was given more details about the job. The following week I met with 2 principal investigators for about 30 mins each.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
