Entrevista
The initial HR screening was informative and comfortable. The interview with the hiring manager was jarring. We did not speak for very long before I was informed I wasn't the right fit. While I appreciated not being strung along, it was unusual and made me feel like I had wasted everyone's time. I wish they just hadn't even interviewed me if my experience was not what they were looking for.

Very little questions were asked. I explained my background and experience (pretty much what was on my resume) and then was very quickly told I wasn't right.
