3 -4 interviews per day (30 minutes) with multiple call backs. Met with direct reports, direct supervisor and multiple people from other groups with whom this position would collaborate. very thoughtful process and series of questioning. everyone was very cordial. 30 minutes often felt like too short a time to establish rapport from my perspective.
