The interview was online via zoom only, and there was no chance to meet any management or staff in person or view facilities. One interview with one manager asking questions about experience and there was little opportunity to learn about culture or how the unit operated.

It was a long process in terms of wait time from when I submitted my application to the interview. I interviewed with the manager and director of the unit. It's easier to get the interview if someone refers you who already works there.

Entrevista
Virtual with manager. Very casual, laid back, no annoying nursing behavior questions. She was very personable and just had a normal conversation. She wanted to know my prior experience, current certifications, the kinds of patients I have worked with in past.

Applied via organization's career page, director of the department of choice reached out via email and arranged a 30 minute in-person interview. Heard back from the director about a week later and written offer was sent by HR.
