Interviewers were very nice, warm, and welcoming. Quick and casual interview, only asked a few questions, nonclinical ones: why this specialty and why this hospital. Then manager asked for my certifications. Few days later they told me I didnt get the offer because of my career gap….which is shown on my resume and shouldve been addressed, or even decline my app, before calling me for an interview. Felt like my time was wasted.
