Was interviewed by two people via phone and finally two people in their main office. Both phone interviews were pleasant and professional. The in person interview was very pleasant too, both people were nice and professional. Interviewed with two people in the office, both of them were the head managers.

Interview process is intensive but transparent and quick! They help you through the interview process as well as really stay true to their word on how quickly they will reach out to you.

Entrevista
The interview process was excellent. Helped me understand the responsibilities of the role. My interviewers were very easy to talk to and open to talking about their experiences. I met with two different managers and each interview was very different. One felt much more like I had to prove myself and show that I wanted to work for this company and be in a sales role. The other interview was very relaxed.

Entrevista
Everyone was super nice, seemed like it would have been a fun work environment. The strange pay structure is the main red flag, you are pretty much making minimum wage without a lot of upside.
