You go online and apply, and the stores in a district pull from a candidate pool. The interview itself is pretty easy in general. Basically they don't really look for experience at all, just how well you can interact. Immediately within two minutes of my interview I knew I was going to get a job offer.

There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.

I was referred this job by someone who was working there at the time. Interview was fairly easy. Talked a little about myself and my previous job experiences and situations.
