Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Men's Wearhouse (Fredericksburg, VA) em jan. de 2012
Entrevista
My brother(MO) who worked at a local BankOfAmerica referred me to the Mens Wearhouse. I applied online and met with the store manager(J.P) at #3511. I was nervous a bit but I saw a face of an experienced individual who can read your mind. This manager was very professional to the extreme and very polite to the point where your very comfortable, felt as if the Mens Wearhouse was my house. I sat down with confidence and no doubt in my mind knew for a fact that I was hired. I started off as an hourly customer service rep(CSA). Two month later I felt as if I am capable in climbing up the ladder, so I introduced the idea to the V.P (Bob Henderson) that I could sell like all of the other wardrobe consultants and he said "prove to me that you can sell by selling the $29.99 engravable picture frames to the tuxedo prom kids". He put me on the track as I ran to the train. The task gave me a goal to accomplish and I was more then determined to succeed and prove to the world that I could make it happen. I sold 10 engravables in a week. Everyone was impressed and perfect timing, there was a spot waiting for me to fill. I am now a year into the company as a wardrobe consultant and have successfuly learned the behavior techniques in providing WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Be honest and precise in the answers.
The interview questions are random and are related to what skills you hold...It is ok if you dont have sufficient experience as they have the tools and the team to fully train you in becoming very successful.
Be confident but not cocky. Be respectful and have a nice sense of humor. Pretty much be yourself.
Do not lean back in the chair and show interest in the conversation.
Look the manager in the eye when you are speaking but do not stare where its awkward.
Honestly if you can dress up nicely, and communicate clearly with a wonderful upbeat personality then you are HIRED. no rocket science
Process went smoothly. Staff were friendly and helpful, as well as informative. The work environment during orientation was also hospitable. For those looking for part-time work, I encourage you to consider Men's Wearhouse.

Sales experience and approach to customer service.
I spoke for 30 minutes with the AM and Store Manager in the back room about my experience and what they were looking for and what to expect from the job.
One-on-one interview with the site manager. Went through comprehensive questions to understand each other. They were very interested in learning your past experience. Very welcoming and kind. After the interview, there was about a week between before getting hired.
