The process was very simple, I had an acquaintance working at the Corporate HQ who recommended me. I met with the department manager for a quick chat and BOOM I was a mail girl! It was a very low level job, but within a month I was promoted to a sales auditor. Once I proved myself there I noticed an opening on the executive side and I applied. Sine MW had such a strong promotion fro within philosophy they were always watching ti see which employee had the goods to be moved up/over. I will be forever grateful to Men's Wearhouse for all they taught me.
