The whole hiring process for menards is kind of a joke. Really it depends on where you go but most everywhere it's the same. You'd think for a physical job, like in the yard ; lumber, blocks, physical work, you'd like for a younger, more physical person. Nope, menards hires older people to do the work because it makes sense to reach out to those who have been pushed out of their career of 10,15,20 years to do a job they weren't meant to do or should even be doing to begin with.
