Submitted application online with resume. Received a call for in-person interview within 1 week. You had to take a couple of tests that asked your opinions about theft. All questions to me were common sense if you think about them in terms if you were the owner of a business.

First I Applied on a Tuesday, then two days later on Thursday, I had my first interview with Human Resources. it was a comfortable in my opinion and took about an hour as it specified on the schedule. I was emailed for a second interview with the Store General Manager on Tuesday that was a 30 min time slot, but the interview was 1.5 hrs long; but I’m not complaining, my GM really cares about his employees and made that clear. I was offered the position on Friday through email and accepted the job on Saturday through email. I was then emailed by the HR about my orientation start date for Thursday. After about 1 hour I did a mouth swab drug test, while watching a 5 minute video and then I got my schedule which followed the Store Manager of Building Materials and I started work that next day.
