You walk in and meet with the HR Coordinator at the back. The interview itself is very casual and quick, lasting no more than 5 minutes. They only asked 2-3 questions.

Very easy, simple questions that they ask. Usually with the general manager and maybe with the department head. Pretty quick to getting back for the interview process and offering the position.

The interview was in person and lasted about 45 minutes. A GM will sit in on the interview with you and ask additional questions (usually more in depth, especially if there is an area of concern in your application or answers). There are about two pages of questions but most are pretty standard.
