VERY basic 1:1 behavioral interviews with each of the partners in the department and a few attorneys. They just want to make sure that you are willing to work hard, that you are organized, receptive to direction and detail oriented, can multitask, and that you generally get along well with the attorneys.

First interview is informal. Second interview the partners asked basic interview questions, trying to get a sense of who you are, your background, and of why you’re interested in law and insurance more specifically.
