The process was not very well organised. They reached out on two different channels with different information. They shared an email to complete a task but forgot to attach the task. They tried to set up a phone interview but did not confirm their own availability. Overall, the amount of effort involved in the task (which was poorly drafted as a hypothetical company) did not match the level of organisation they should have showed in the hiring process.
