The process itself was quite easy and involved meeting with different leaders within Mendix and Siemens. Enjoyed conversations with everybody involved and the casual vibe to the interviews themselves. However, I got ghosted after a final round panel and my subsequent follow ups to the recruiter were ignored. Don't mind not getting an offer, but ghosting someone after 5 rounds of interviews is pretty unprofessional and shows a lack of consideration towards their candidates time.
