It was very straightforward but weird. They makes faces at every single response and are deeply unprofessional. They ask why you have left every other job (probably because everyone leaves this job). They also asked why I studied what I did and why I wanted to work at Meneses. I guess whatever answer I gave them then did not sit right with them because they annoyingly replied "we only hire people who want to work not people who are just looking for a job" as they bobbled their head. Just weird and not reflective of a law firm's decorum in my opinion. Also, they set up a computer and I did my interview with through teams. I left the room feeling oddly confident because I stood my ground but feeling a bit defeated by the interaction (not a good sign and trust your gut if you ever get this feeling!). I felt like I was being interrogated and on the verge of being argued with over being myself. I am not sure if the tone on their end was defensive because they have high turnover so they weed out individuals who have strong values and ethical convictions during interviews but... I guess now I know. If you do interview, just be prepared to be on the receiving end of combative and deeply insecure questioning.
