Initial screen by the hiring manager (who referred me), followed by a screen with the recruiter, then a four round virtual onsite with engineering and product folks. Interview questions focused on experience with software and product development and knowledge of the programming languages used on the job.

The interview process was very well structured and straightforward, which made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Each stage of the UX interview felt intentional and thoughtfully designed to assess both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The conversations balanced depth and clarity—there was a strong focus on understanding my approach to problem-solving, user-centered design, and how I navigate ambiguity in real-world scenarios.
What stood out most was how collaborative the interviews felt. Rather than feeling like a one-sided evaluation, the discussions were engaging and conversational. The team asked insightful questions around design decisions, trade-offs, and impact, which allowed me to clearly articulate my thinking across discovery, ideation, and delivery phases.
Additionally, everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, open, and respectful. It created a comfortable environment where I could bring my authentic perspective into the conversation. Overall, it was a positive experience that reflected a strong UX culture—one that values clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful design thinking.
