I was a 4 rounds interview. First two with the hr. #rd one was an online test which lasted for 3 hrs. And a 1.5hr one finally with the founder.

The interview process for illustrator has 4 steps 1. Initial interview (this is a basic interview with the HR executive) 2. Skill test (a skill test is conducted and the questions depend on the position - intern or full time) 3. Final interview (interview with the founder) 4. Reference check
