This deviation from my expectations was slightly off-putting but manageable. The most unexpected part of the interview was its conclusion. Immediately after the interview, without any additional screening or rounds of interviews, I was offered the job and asked if I could start the following day. This swift hiring process, especially being my first interview experience, was surprising and left me a bit skeptical. In summary, while I appreciated the opportunity to interview with PT Mentari Mulia Berjangka, the experience was somewhat disorienting due to the mismatched job description and the unusually rapid hiring process.
