Interview consists of small introduction along with telling your previous experience, and then rather simple question LeetCode style, on a printed sheet of paper.
You get 1 hour to solve it, but has lot’s of “noise” (specific printing style, specific constraints and inputs). No internet or code assistants allowed.
It felt like I was tested mostly on my Python hardcoding skills (2D arrays and file inputs) and not the algorithmic thinking.

HR contacted me to schedule the interview. She was polite, but she couldn’t clearly explain the role or its responsibilities. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by someone, but there was no introduction to the company or the team. During the first in-person interview, no one asked me questions about my background or professional experience, which I found unusual. Overall, the experience was not positive.
The first interview was conducted on-site and lasted four hours. I was told that the second interview would be with the AI lead, followed by a third interview with HR.
Disclosure: I did not pass the interview.

I was left alone in an office to complete the task and was asked to email the solution afterward. No one sat with me or discussed my thought process, approach, or reasoning during the exercise.
They asked me to implement a specific computer vision model based on their description. I was asked to complete the task on my own and send the solution by email, without anyone sitting with me to discuss my approach or thought process.
