2 Interviews: Hiring manager and program team/leaders. Interview with team involved some members participating via video conference. People were clear, direct, personable and open. They seemed to be comfortable with talking about the good, the bad, and the ugly all presented in a balanced, transparent way. Answered pointed questions without hesitation. Overall, a very good experience.
