4 Weeks process. Applied on LinkedIn and the process went very fast. 1 Telephonic with HR on basic networking, 2 WebEx technical 1 hr rounds, then onsite.
You need to know in and out about troubleshooting layers 1 - 4 to crack the interviews. Having CCNA / CCNP helps the process.
Very friendly interviewers and the process went very fast and smooth.

Cant reveal the questions. But you need to know the in and out of DHCP, STP, ARP, basic routing, port security and troubleshooting. Basics basics basics.... that is the only requirement.

Entrevista
3-4 sessions with different tech support staff and managers over a period of 4 weeks. Overall a very kind behaviour towards the candidate, more like a friendly discussion. They almost instantly informed you for every stage's results and comments of the interviwer(s).
started with an online written interview for the first step pretty simple and straight forward not too hard. I have not got to the next steps yet still awaiting further contact
