I Just had a phone round. They gave me simple array manipulation questions nothing hard. I was able to solve both of them, all test cases passed. Interviewer was friendly. I would say don't waste your time with this company, I never got a response from recruiter about feedback, when I pinged her , She told me she needs to know the next steps. From reading other reviews I realize that this has been the experience with other candidate too. They just mess around interviewing people without actually hiring them or responding to them without any response about the interviews. I'm guessing the roles might have been closed or filled internally.

I networked with someone here who referred me for a job he felt would be the best fit. After speaking with him, a recruiter eventually reached out and set up a 30-minute call at a time of her choosing. Then, she didn't show up to the interview. After contacting her, she said she messed up her schedule and asked if I could wait two hours until she was free. So, I waited. I was then scheduled for a technical interview during which the interviewer was dozing off and not alert during points where I was asking questions or trying to engage her. She said that Meraki is short on interviewers so she had to do it instead of someone who would normally be awake and not in India where it was 1 or 2am. I was turned down the next day.
