Poor candidate experience and disorganized process
I was initially contacted by Aimen for an urgent HR call, which quickly led to two tests and a final interview with the CEO and HR Director — all within five days. They emphasized how urgent the process was, so I rearranged my schedule to make myself available.
After that, everything went silent. I received vague responses that a decision would be made “in a few weeks,” but no clear communication. I had to follow up repeatedly, sometimes weekly, just to get any updates. Finally, in August — weeks later — I was told there was no longer a need for the position.
The entire experience felt rushed, poorly managed, and dismissive of the candidate’s time and effort. There was no transparency, no closure, and no respect for the process they themselves initiated with urgency.
