You need to have an internal referral (L4 level) to apply for this position. The positions are posted on the job portal but you will hardly get any response from HR. They also rely on HR services for candidate hiring. In short, it is not open to everyone in the market.
1st Round - HR telephonic interview. General HR questions
2nd Round - Procurement panel plus HR on video conference
