Worst interview process. The Talent acquisition team doesn't have clarity, they just call people and waste their valuable time. I have cleared all the rounds. The manger who interviewed was very egoistic about my salary package.If they are not okay for my package....they shouldnt have called and wasted my entire day. Such a stupid process. Before I got a call from them they new about my current package, If their budget doesn't allow, they should not expect such good quality resource. Worst experience...stupid process.
