Recently, I went through an interview process with this company. Initially, I was invited for an interview, and after that, I was given a technical task. I completed the task to the best of my ability, and later they confirmed that they wanted to move forward with the next stage of the interview process. However, after waiting for a few days, I was suddenly informed that the hiring process had been put on hold due to internal reasons and might reopen after the summer. I completely understand that internal situations can happen, but it was disappointing after investing a considerable amount of time and effort into the process. What concerned me most was the lack of consideration for the candidate’s time. It gave me the impression that there may be some issues in the internal hiring process and communication. My advice to future candidates is to pay close attention during the process and manage expectations accordingly.
