The process is very easy. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and they just ask basic questions about your background. Then, I had a phone interview with one of the managers at the office and again, all of the questions were behavioral. After that, I had an in person interview with several members of the team at the office location. There is a very brief skills test where you put in some excel numbers and then write a letter to a client. It is very easy and you don't need to worry about the skills test. There are no technical questions.
