Interview process was varied, lots of different people and no structure. Offer was low and therefore it was declined. This was after being told that there would be opportunities to grow in the future.

Straightforward - CV history, verbal communication skills, easy excel test. The interview was 3 stages and an initial phone conversation. The first two stages were competency-based, and the last was quite relaxed.
