I interviewed with both Team Leads in the department. I had a positive experience, they did not make me feel intimidated. I had the opportunity to ask questions and to get more familiar with the job.

The interview I had was extremely lax. There was not much that was discussed about the position as I was ultimately one of the first individuals to take the position. They asked about my educational background, my work background, spoke on what the Mercer company does, as well as the new "Marcer Marketplace" department that I was ultimately a part of.
