Entrevista
Saw a JD on a school career portal. Three interviews + one assessment. The first interview was conducted by phone with a Senior Consultant. Interview was based on one's resume, and was to gain better insights into one's previous experiences. Second interview was on site, with a Senior Consultant and a Principal Consultant. Pretty extensive to establish competency and fit. Last interview was with the Business Leader of the region. Interview was fast to assess fit and competency. One will be asked to complete and online assessment prior to meeting the Business Leader.

How will you respond to a CEO who thinks you are too young and inexperienced to offer business advice?
Throughout the process, the communication from the recruiting team was excellent, and they provided timely updates at each stage. Overall, the interview process was thorough and well-organized, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the role and the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience.
