A HireView interview followed by a superday with 5 30 minute interviews with professionals with different levels of Management. They were mostly behavioral questions and most of the process was you asking them questions for the last 15 minutes. A very thorough research of Mercer would be a great idea, but everyone is very supportive and friendly.

I was invited to the first round of interviews. It was a digital interview held on HireVue. It was just a list of common interview questions. They took about a month to get back to me after that.

The actual interview was enjoyable. It was two rounds virtually, back to back. Each round had 2 interviewers. It seemed to go well, the conversation and the people were overall a good experience. The company just never got back to me after that.

Four 30 min interviews with no case questions all over zoom. Mostly getting to know you and behavioral fit rather than technical questions. Interviewers were from across the east coast, not just the office I was being interview for.
