Had a screen call, manager interview, and one director interview. I canceled the third interview because I had three other offers on the table at other companies. They were nice folks.

Good technical and Hiring Manager Interview.
They ask about what roles you have performed, how well you know the workday Eco-system and how you can manage multiple projects at a time.
They also want to know about your management skills.

Entrevista
Behavior based questions as I did not have certifications. It was relatively straightforward. If you do have certifications though, the questions will be more specific and to gauge your level of experience to see what role you would qualify for.
