Interviewed with an HR rep, questions were pretty straightforward about values and how you’ve behaved in various scenarios in the past. Was asked what it means to me to use healthcare as a ministry, which didn’t vibe well with me as a non-religious person. After the interview, toured a couple of units and talked to a couple of nurse managers. A few days later, recieved an offer. Wage was $15/hour base and $15.82 with 5 years experience.

Easy, interviewing process. Nothing too crazy, the usual of why I chose to apply to mercy. Then why I chose to work in healthcare, my days available. Stuff like that!!
