First stage was CV shortlisting based on the past experience, Next stage was 3 rounds technical interview , if you manage to clear those three rounds then you will get the offer in the final 1 hr round. All the rounds were telephonic interviews which happened on different days and whole process was completed within a week.

Basic Stats, logical reasoning,aptitude. Tell something about yourself, same old same old HR type questions. Then other HR formalities over phone and you are ready to join. Posting is in Bangalore which is what most of you are searching anyway.
