Digital interview - where you are asked a bunch of questions about yourself - very simple. The very simple questions have no time limit to record. The slightly technical ones give you about 2 minutes. Then a group interview if you are selected from the digital interview where you are to talk about who you would like to meet and why, your most prized possession and then a randomly selected ppc questions. At the end of this you're given a group task, where they assess critical thinking and team work. I think I came across as too laid back for their liking compared to the others in the group. Everyone else came with notebooks and I just brought myself and spoke on the spot thinking they would appreciate a calm demeanour. It may have come across as being unprepared to them, so they didn't proceed with me. I guess you have to really fit that geek requirement. Nevertheless the process was smooth and the interviewers were extremely nice, friendly and.. laid back!

I applied and received an invitation fairly quickly. The interview was about my previous experience with PPC campaign management and I have the chance to ask questions about the company and the client.
