From the beginning I found the company really friendly and I was never waiting more than 2 days to hear back from them at each stage. First stage after submitting my CV was a video interview to check how much you wanted to work in PPC and a bit more about yourself. Then there was the group interview where you had more chance to demonstrate your passion for the role and there was an informal interview with 2 staff members at the end. Final stage was the presentation which they sent you beforehand and provided feedback to help you prepare. At all stages everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I found myself really invested in the company. By the final stage I knew I wanted to work there and the interview was a really good chance to show your motivations and get your personality across
