I went through 5 rounds of interviews. First I had a phone screener with an HR recruiter, then 2 phone calls each with members of the team. Then, 2 in-person interviews where they asked me to prepare a secondary research project on an assigned topic. It seemed intimidating at first, but it was a very informal presentation.
