I was contacted by a HR recruiter working at the Merkle's office in Barcelona to start the recruitment process for this position. I had to complete a logic test before the interview, which I passed successfully. After that, I had a first HR screening with the recruiter and the interviewer explicitly told me that she would schedule 2 other interviews the following week: one with a team member, and another interview with other candidates. Well... I have been literally ghosted. I have sent multiple follow-up e-mails and what do I get as feedback? AN AUTOMATED EMAIL STATING THEY MOVED FORWARD WITH OTHER CANDIDATES. I found this behaviour very unprofessional, but then again, that's just another company that could not care less about providing feedback and being nice to people.
