Entrevista
The interview process was rigorous. It consisted of five 1-hour long interviews with each leaders. That was followed up by a sixth Culture Deck review, where I could ask any questions and received a verbal offer. Each interviewer was very prepared and completely briefed on my previous interview, so there were new questions or conversations in every interview. Which I appreciated.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself? Three words to describe a great employee? Three words to describe a great leader/boss? They asked very direct questions regarding my experiences, gaps, skills, etc.

Entrevista
It was a lengthy, intense interview process phone interviews and in-person interviews with four employees total. Come prepared. Do your research. Bring your A game and mean it. They want to know you, not just your skills and if you show grace under pressure.
The communication prior to the interview was great. Very informative and personable yet professional. The interview was much like any expected interview. The one question that caught me off guard was “tell me a story that speaks to how valuable you are as an employee.” I have no complaints about the interview itself. However, after my interview a few days later, I was told that they are not looking to hire. As someone who is desperately applying to jobs for post-graduation, this felt like an extreme waste of time.
