Entrevista
Within two weeks of my resume being sent out by the career development office on campus, I received a call from an employee who was recruiting interns for the summer. She left a voice mail and I returned her call. We coordinated a day and time for the interview. In the first interview, she asked me specific details of my resume, what I knew about the industry, my strengths, weaknesses etc. She assigned me a task for my second interview for the following week. I completed the task and she was impressed. Thus, I got the internship.
The interview for the wealth management intern position was a disaster. The interviewer seemed disinterested and unprepared, and the questions were vague and irrelevant. Total waste of time never again
Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Merrill (San Francisco, CA) em mar. de 2023
Entrevista
The interview process was pretty standard. They started with a hirevue/on demand interview that lasted around 10 minutes. I then got notified around a month later that I received a final round interview (superday interview). This was mostly behavioral and only a few technical questions.

Entrevista
Started with a HireVue and then a zoom interview which consisted of 4 20-minute interviews. Mostly behavioral questions, very much getting to know you and understanding your mindset. The whole process took around three weeks.
