It felt less like a conversation about financial advisory and more like a sales pitch. In the early stages, they provided bank leads, but I found these to be a compliance nightmare. This could potentially lead to challenges down the line, especially for someone new to the role. The final interview was with the market executive, who struck me as quite pessimistic. He seemed to lack enthusiasm and came across as someone who believes he's doing better than he actually is. This attitude was off-putting and made me question the overall culture of the team. Overall, if you're looking for a role focused on sales without a strong emphasis on investment knowledge, this could be a fit. However, I would advise potential candidates to approach with caution, considering the mixed signals about the role and the leadership dynamics.
