Very personable they are interested in people that are teachable. The fuse industry is niche and they don’t expect you to have a lot of experience. In the first interview I met with HR and the VP of Engineering. In the second and final interview I met with more of the team in one on one interview slots.

How do you work well with others? They were mostly behavioral and about how you handle working on multiple projects.

Interviewer requests meeting, then doesn't respond to confirm time for 2 weeks. Finally responds after multiple emails with the only time I said I was unavailable. I cancel my conflict to go to interview. Interview gets cancelled the day before.
