They use a ridiculously lengthy and arduous interview process with multiple stages for a job that feels tenuous and dependent on their ability to land and keep contracts with corporate clients. When I asked questions of them, the responses were confusing and contradictory even beyond typical startup chaos. I should have realized then that the interview process mirrors their culture as a whole.

Good process! The first step is doing a video then the second step is an actual interview with a person. Good process overall. I recommend this company. Fast and easy!
