Was contacted a week before regarding interview. Cold, rigid, very formal. I didn't learn anything about them and the interview was just strange. Given a sheet of about 10 questions and each member of the interview panel took turns asking them and logging my answers. Called back a few days later that I was a finalist. The second interview was a bit less formal. The entire experience after getting the job offer was really negative. HR called my phone, read the offer like a sales pitch from a commercial or something, and then puts you on a 24 hour time line to decide Yes/No. They are clearly not in the academic realm because when one is searching for a position, offers need to be carefully considered, evaluated, and negotiated. Ended up declining the position because of the negative HR experience.
