All of the interviews went well. In fact, many of the interviewer indicated that they learned something new from conversation and they are going to apply it at Meta.
Recruiter did not revert back for two weeks after number of follow ups and she just gave a cold call to update that I'm not offered. When asked for feedback, she said she can not share any feedback but it was technical (which is lie). I had all solid technical interviews - solved all troubleshooting, coding, system design problems.
My understanding is - Meta is just interviewing to show on paper to USCIS for green card applications.
Interview was with two PE Managers. This was after a screen with an FB recruiter. The screen with the recruiter was easy and I was given lots of material to help prepare for the first interview

Entrevista
Video interview. Two PE managers but one did most of the talking. Most of the questions asked were behavioral and there were a few high level technical ones as well.
