Recruiter was great, had some great initial convos but then the interview with the actual designer was a bit dry and dull and didn’t really know what they wanted unfortunately.

Show a presentation of 3 relevant projects and talk them through it
Long and painful on purpose. Expect long interviews, including skill tests, back to back. They won’t accommodate for your time zone. Lots of recruiter coaching, way more than typical. Expect at least six or seven touchpoints in all.
I had 2 interviews before they decided to stop with the process. It was very standard. Nowadays for a design job you have a lot of interviews and it's a very long process.
