Very chill and easy, was in 2 different steps. In the first step it was just an introductory meeting to learn more about my work experience, especially in Mauritius. This was followed by a language test of the Mauritian Creole language, which I failed.

Recruiters were really helpful as they will guide on how the interviews will be conducted. Also, the interview scheduling was pretty seamless and smooth. However, I found the entire process to be a little tiring, there was first an essay, then a phone interview, afterwards 2-3 sessions of zoom interview. Just takes a lot of effort. And seems like the interviewers also rely on a set of questions and seemed to be reading off the screen, so the interview felt very impersonal.
